Convenient, professional and painless. I took my 15 Ram 2500 in to Justin in service for what I thought would be a quick fix. I assumed a pulley was bad. I dropped it off and he had it insp I took my 15 Ram 2500 in to Justin in service for what I thought would be a quick fix. I assumed a pulley was bad. I dropped it off and he had it inspected by noon. He called me and went over the issues that it actually had which would take a couple days to fix properly and professionally. He took great care of me and even had a rental truck sitting in my driveway when I got home from work! Unbelievable the lengths that Justin goes to make sure I understand the work being done, keeping me updated, and making sure I’m happy along the whole process! More
