Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your recent visit to our service department. I sincerely apologize for your experience, both in pricing being higher than you anticipated as well as with the odor that was present when you got into your vehicle. We should have explained the pricing up front during write up so we could have addressed any questions at that time, also more care should have been taken so that the vehicle's interior smelled the same when you got back in it as when you left it with us. We failed on both counts, no excuses. Your comments will be shared with our entire team as we decipher the reasons for a customer's dissatisfaction, and then take the responsibility to prevent the same things from happening again. If there is anything that I can try and do for you at this point, please let me know. Just know that we use all feedback as a means for us to realize opportunities for improvement.
