Customer doesn't matter Once my car was returned to me it had a strong gasoline oder. The smell was noticeable from five feet away as I walked up to my car. I drove the car back to the service intake area, Justin Stinnett (service advisor) agreed there was a strong oder of gas. Stinnett said return to the waiting area (that is cold enough to store meat in). I told Sinnett that my car sat for over 20 minutes before someone bothered to contact me in the waiting area, I said, I'll wait here. At that point action was taken. My impression of the attitude, is the people are lackadaisical and could not care less about the customers experience. When I first arrived the overhead door opened automatically to a blocked service lane with 3-4 people inside and 2 outside standing around. No one moved when I cycled the automatic door 2 more times. With that level of service on the front end, the condition my car was returned in, I'm skeptical of the service at this dealership. More

Problem with radio/ computer system & noisy brakes. Joe Hillard was wonderful. He took the time to answer all my questions. Brakes were checked and found to be fine. Entire radio/computer system wa Joe Hillard was wonderful. He took the time to answer all my questions. Brakes were checked and found to be fine. Entire radio/computer system was replaced and is working great now. Joe showed me the functions of the the controls on the left side of the steering wheel. I had an excellent experience and will definitely continue to to have my Jeep Cherokee serviced at Klaben and I will recommend Klaben to others. More

They value your money but not your time. Any visit that I have had has produced acceptable results until the most recent visit. The appointment was made because of a recall on my Ram - for th Any visit that I have had has produced acceptable results until the most recent visit. The appointment was made because of a recall on my Ram - for the tailgate. I went ahead and added an alignment since it was due and I the truck would already be there. I dropped it off before opening on my way to work. I did not hear from service or talk to anyone until I called hours later. It was then that I started to get the run around. They informed me that they had just found out that morning that they did not have the parts for the recall work. Long story short, upon arriving to the service center shortly thereafter, I was told 3 different stories about the missing parts for the tailgate work. They knew days in advance that they would not be able to do the recall work and did not inform me - I could have rescheduled nd not had to worry about making arrangements for another visit. That's the other complaint. Service visits take entirely too long at Klaben - both Dodge AND Ford - but that's another story, I do NOT recommend laben service to anyone. Mr. Klaben goes out of his way to work a deal when purchasing, but the service departments do not seem to value your time at all..Not so much the service representatives, but moreso the technicians and or parts departments. More
