Joe was great to work with. He kept me well updated on service progress or lack thereof. I don't know if this has become the post covid "new normal" but, the last three time He kept me well updated on service progress or lack thereof. I don't know if this has become the post covid "new normal" but, the last three times I've had my Jeep in for an oil change/tire rotation, I've had to wait 4-6 weeks for the appointment and the service was not completed on the same day I brought the vehicle in. I did purchase the 125K mile service package which, along with the oil change/tire rotation, was to take 4hours. I dropped the car off at 10:30. At 4:00 o'clock, I got a call informing me that due to backups, the car would not be ready. I requested that the car be ready by noon of the second day. I got a call from Joe, around noon, informing that the car would not be ready. Later that day, at around 4:00, I got a call informing that when the test drive was completed it was discovered that the front bearings had to be replaced. Now, I'm not complaining that it took a third day to repair the bearings, I'm saying it took two full days to get to that point. I'm very appreciative that Joe got the bearings covered under the lifetime warranty on the vehicle. I understand that the delays were beyond Joe's control and reaffirm that I am very pleased with Joe's service. I appreciate your shops thoroughness and the manner in which all the warranty repairs have been completed. I have had my vehicle serviced exclusively by your shop since moving to Silver Lake and will continue to do so. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service I have received at Klaben. I have, and will continue to recommend your shop to friends. I however thought it was important to report the operating issues I have experienced the last three times I've brought my vehicle to your shop. Regards Stephen Bobonich More
