Took 2019 dodge grand caravan in for miss fire cylinder 4 diagosed quickly.Took little longer to make repairs than I liked but kept me informed on progress. Fixed now and working good. My experience in the service was great. Amanda had my information and was ready for me as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. She wasn't pushy for some of the sevices I wasn't interested i Amanda had my information and was ready for me as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. She wasn't pushy for some of the sevices I wasn't interested in but explained the reasons for those services. She made sure she got me in and out as quickly as possible since I drove almost an hour in heavy traffic and fog to get to Kent. It was a pleasure doing business at Klaben. More
