We decided to look at both Ford/Lincoln and GM vehicles. Since we purchased the 2010 Hybrid from Doug Beavers at Klaben Ford, and were happy with the experience, we phoned him and told him our plan. Over the next few weeks he showed us several new vehicles. At each meeting he was friendly, prepared, and very thorough in explaining each car’s features and helping us judge whether they would be suitable, have great visibility and be comfortable for us older senior citizens. Moreover, Doug explained the financial details and answered questions fully. He is a superb salesman – knowledgeable, friendly, and truly helpful. And, he was not pushy. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we give him the highest ratings. THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!! This is the second vehicle we bought from Ty Davis at Klaben Ford in 3 months. It started with a routine oil change on our 2015 Focus at the Warren lo This is the second vehicle we bought from Ty Davis at Klaben Ford in 3 months. It started with a routine oil change on our 2015 Focus at the Warren location, my wife and I were wandering around the showroom and the outside lot and decided we wanted to take a new F-150 for a ride. We instantly fell in LOVE with the truck and decided to give Ty a call as he is by far the sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Upon arrival Ty met us at the door and we told him what we were looking for and what the payment should be. We drove a white 2015 ext cab F150 and took a ride to the lower lot to see all of the colors available, we ended up choosing the Race Red color (which actually is the same as our Focus). When it came down to the bottom dollar there was no disappointment at all, the Sales Manager Jim Bills made sure we had the right dollar amount on our trade to make it work. I cannot praise Ty and the well oiled machine that is Klaben Ford enough! From the phone conversation to the hand shake, Ty Davis and Klaben Ford are awesome! They have my loyalty and business for life! More
