Exceptional Salesman. Outstanding Customer Service. I can honestly say, without a doubt, that Klaben was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I am currently attending Kent State University, and I can honestly say, without a doubt, that Klaben was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I am currently attending Kent State University, and of course being a college student means being smart with my money. My fiance's landlord recommended that we go to Klaben and ask for Ty Davis to buy our first car. Our initial plan was to buy a nice Toyota truck that we saw online. The truck was in excellent condition; obviously the previous owner took great care of it. Now after talking with Ty we realized that the truck might not be our best option for a the monthly payment limit that we came up with. So, we asked Ty to find us a car that would fit our budget. And oh boy, did he deliver. My fiance and I thought that we would get an older vehicle with lots of miles, and one that was in a decent shape. When we came in the next day to see the car, we were so shocked. Ty found us a 2008 Mercury Sable. This car is fully loaded. Especially for a college student. It fit our budget perfectly and it was in excellent condition, that at first I had a hard time believing that this was my first car. My jaw just about dropped to the floor. Ty is very knowledgable, friendly and is a gifted salesman. From the start you can tell that he truly cares about the customer, and will do anything he can to find the best fit for them. Tom was my sales man and I recommend him to everyone!! Klaben is a very clean place that makes you feel special just being there. I didn't pick the car I wanted the first day I went, I test drove a few and went home and thought about it. While I was test driving there was a nice play area for my son to play in so he wasn't bored and be made to sit still. The guys even let him stay and play between test drives, It was nice not having to load him up each time. I explained what I wanted and what I needed to Tom, and he obviously really listened because when I went back he had a few more cars picked out for me to test drive and with my wants and needs highlighted on each buyers guide!! it was great to know he had actually heard my concerns and need for my new car. I left there with my new 2010 Ford escape - I never had any problems - Financing was a breeze too. Before I left Tom made sure I understood every feature this car had to offer and that I knew how to use it. It was shiny and clean and looks great driving down the road!! Thank you Tom!! More

I have been buying new cars every 4 years and started my first lease in 2007 a MKX. I was a little apprehensive at first but believed in my sales person. Jeff Tetreault or JT has been a Superior Sales Person. I have leased another MKX in 2010, 2013, and just leased a 2015. I have been very pleased with the whole Klaben experience that I travel 146 miles one way as well as 2 1/2 hour drive. I believe it is worth the ride .
