Amazing Customer Service I recently upgraded my 2013 Lincoln MKZ to a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. Don Batten did an amazing job through the entire process. It all started when the car I recently upgraded my 2013 Lincoln MKZ to a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. Don Batten did an amazing job through the entire process. It all started when the car I wanted was in Warren not Kent; he facilitated the car being brought to the Kent location. Then there was a slight paint discoloration issue where the Klaben decal had been. Don drove to my work picked up the car while I was at work and got the paint fixed. Not only did he get the paint fixed they washed my car and detailed the inside and gave me a full tank of gas as well. As if that would be enough he stopped at Panera on the way back with my car and brought me and my staff pastries. That is amazing customer service!! More
