I love the old fashioned feel of person to person connection and the patience needed to deal with a tough customer like me. With all the new technology in cars, Jim was patient to show me everything I needed to know but never lacked in character when dealing with my mom, her friend or me. We are quite the trio. Nonetheless, recommending Jim Wilson is a pleasure! I hope he always remains true to himself and his ethics because "real people" prefer it that way!
