Wrong Turn I went to the Klaben dealership in Warren because I saw on the internet web page Kent had 2 E-250s on the lot with low mileage.Warren Klaben printed m I went to the Klaben dealership in Warren because I saw on the internet web page Kent had 2 E-250s on the lot with low mileage.Warren Klaben printed me up a page of the one remaining van Kent had and gave me directions to Kent. When I got to Klaben Kent I turned into what I thought was the used car lot. As it turned out it wasn't the used car lot yet and they were moving cars there to reseal their new car lot.This is where I met Mike Cooney he told me what was going on and asked if I needed any help. Mike was just there helping the guy's place the cars.I told him that I needed a new work truck and Mike jumped in mine took me to where we needed to go and that morning I was driving back to Youngstown to empty out my 2001 E-250.Mike took great care of me was easy to talk to and treated me like I like to treat my customers,very fair and very honest.I hope Mike will still be there in 10 or so years when I will need another work van. New Car Lease My husband and I decided to go to Klaben and talk with Mike Cooney, (who sold us our 2008 Lincoln MKX) Mike was so helpful, kind and very thorough in My husband and I decided to go to Klaben and talk with Mike Cooney, (who sold us our 2008 Lincoln MKX) Mike was so helpful, kind and very thorough in explaining the purchase process, as we had leased our vehicles in the past. We felt that it was time to get another MKX, but were open to other options. Upon our arrival we were met by Rich Klaben who showed us to Mike's office and explained that Mike had to run out but would be returning very shortly, we were offered drinks and were treated vey well. Once Mike arrived we spoke about the new MKC that would be coming out and the MKX as well. We explained to Mike exactly what we wanted, up to and including walking out without any type of money out of pocket. Mike Cooney and the Klaben family made that happen and our payments on the lease is less than our payment on our 2008 Lincoln MKX, we left several hours later with exactly what we wanted, a new, off the showroom floor 2014 Lincoln MKX. I don't know of any other dealer that could have done that for us. The time that Mike spent with us and working out all of the details so we could have the vehicle we love so much. This is our 2nd time dealing with Mike and we will return to him and the Klaben family for all of future car needs, and we will send our friends and family there as well. Thank you so much for our "Starship" and we are blessed to have found Mike! More

From the initial greeting we were made to feel welcome as i We were greeted on the way into the dealership and met with Gene Grabiec and Dan Peters. From the initial greeting we were made to feel welcome as if we were family. They were both helpful in determining what vehicle fit our needs and wants. While Gene was helping my wife find the perfect Escape for her, Dan kept me and my grandson company and made sure that we were both comfortable and happy. We spent a few hours narrowing down the choices and in the meantime they made sure my little guy had playthings and some cookies to keep him satisfied. All three of us had a great experience during our initial visit with them. Due to time constraints, we had to make a second trip to finalize the choice of SUV and then we sat down together to go over the options for the lease. They were informative and helpful to us so that we made the right choices. They even went out of their way to work with our previous lease company to help us get a better payment on the new lease. I would recommend them to everyone as they were honest, hard working, and very friendly. They made sure that we were completely satisfied. They are both good people and deserved to be recognized for their hard work and dedication. The dealership closes at 9:00 pm, but we were not finished with everything until 10:30 pm. They were working for us and took the time to make sure that we able to finalize the lease and then stayed around to show some of the features of the SUV that we were not familiar with. They were both very helpful to us from beginning to end. We would like to thank both Dan and Gene for all of their hard work and dedication. More

Seating for 8 We spent an entire day hopping from one used car lot to the next until we ended up at Klaben in Kent. Jim Wilson approached us promptly. We explained to him that we only had a 'few requirements': seating for 8 and under 20K out the door. Jim walked us around the various Klaben lots. We didn't find any cars that met our needs until we walked through the last lot of cars. We stumbled upon a 2009 Chrysler Aspen. Shockingly, it was priced at $18,995. Jim allowed us to test drive the vehicle, explained the options package, helped us work out the payment details and we were out to door with a vehicle that met our needs for just over $19,600. Klaben's service department had the car ready for us before we were done with our paperwork. We even get a 30 day inspection to ensure everything is working properly. We couldn't be happier.
