With 2 phone calls and 2 emails Chris confirmed availability and pricing for a 2015 Explorer with all the features I wanted. The vehicle was prepped and ready in short order. I stopped by the dealership to complete the lease turn-in, signed new papers and was on my way in 90 minutes with the new vehicle. Absolutely painless and the high level of friendly service continues. My wife and I have both leased and purchased Fords and Lincolns from Klaben for many years. Probably more than 10 vehicles in total, including immediate family. The level of customer service and fairness continues to be outstanding. Mr. Klaben and the dealership team are 100% customer oriented and we can not think of purchasing a vehicle from another dealer. The service team smiles and greets us by name whenever we come by for an oil change or (rarely) a service problem. Another point to note - VERY low turnover of staff at Klaben. You continue to see the same people year over year. This speaks volumes about the culture and environment of the dealership. These people are committed and operate as a team.
