Rosco took care of my needs and was patient we all my questions as we looked at various options. We finally located the vehicle I wanted at another dealership and I had it in 3 days. Each time I purchase a truck I go to another dealership that is closer to my home, but I always leave them felling as if they think I know nothing. I drive right past it to get to Klaben. Everything is laid out for me in clear terms and I am able to make my decision without any pressure. This may well be the last truck I buy, but if there is another in the future Rosco will be the salesperson. More

On Monday morning he went to work and held car till I could get there. I went in drove the car, and picked it up on Wednesday morning. Tex Welch made everything easy, car wash washed and full of gas when I picked it up. Would recommend anyone buying a Ford at Klaben to talk to Tex, he is very helpful and will make sure everything is done right. More
