Then it was time to buy one and Todd was incredibly helpful and not "pushy" as I was deciding on whether I wanted new or used and what fit my budget the best. He was also extremely patient as I took several months and test drove many cars before finally deciding to go with a beautiful 2014 focas which I am truly happy with! I told Todd I would recommend him to any of my family and friends and I am sure they would or anyone would have a wonderful buying experience if they were to choose Todd as their sales man! Went to ford just to look at the f150 which has always been my dream truck. Wasn't expecting to buy having a fusion that still had an amount to paid on. He also worked his hardest to get the payment down to where I was comfortable with and made sure at all times when he was running around with other duty's to make sure we were always comfortable and didn't need anything. Buddy was a great salesman not pushy and very understanding at all times regardless if its in his favor or not. I would recommend Buddy and Klaben to anyone looking into buying a car. I am now currently leasing a brand new f150 and I am completely in love and completely satisfied with the service I got. Klaben, Buddy, and the whole staff is very welcoming and absolutely amazing! (Especially the poor girls doing paper work that stay over hours after there shifts to get you in your new car, not even rushing to get you out of there) Klaben in Kent is absolutely amazing! I came into the dealership with my grandmother, not expecting to purchase a new car. Tom may have been the only person in there that could have sold us a car. Tom and I took a test drive in the car, it was informative, but it wasn't a typical salesman to customer conversation. I felt like I was talking to another one of my friends the entire time I was with Tom, because of Tom it was the first time i bought a Ford, and because of Tom, it wont be the last. More
