Excellent Date Night Experience I had the honor of experiencing Lincoln Date Night, an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a two day test drive of the 2015 Lincoln MKC and dinner for two I had the honor of experiencing Lincoln Date Night, an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a two day test drive of the 2015 Lincoln MKC and dinner for two at a restaurant of my choice ($100 value). It was EXCELLENT! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Don Batten and Jim Bills. Of course I'd called prior to ask was there a catch and what Jim old me was true, there was no catch & no money down or credit card run. Don had me sign a rental agreement threw the key in my purse (where it stayed all weekend) and showed me how to operate the push button vehicle. Don was very friendly & helpful, he answered all of my questions and was very patient. I appreciated the no pressure sales approach and because of that I would purchase a vehicle from them in the future. I work in banking and I know quality customer service and I experienced quality at Klaben. When I returned the vehicle my car was detailed and the gas tank was full....wow!!! Need I say more? Five star customer service for sure! More
