My second great experience with Klaben. I came to the dealership knowing pretty much what I wanted. JP helped me narrow it down to a particular vehicle. While the process took longer than I had expected, I was treated with respect and kept up on exactly what was happening, and what to expect. I drove home in my new Ford that day, and am very pleased with the vehicle and the entire process. Follow up has been great, and JP has made himself available to me to answer any questions I have. During both transactions Mr. Woodberry stressed how important it was that we got the car that we wanted. The whole process was relaxed and pleasant. These are my first Fords and based on my experience we will continue to work with Roscoe and with Klaben. In fact we live near another Ford dealer but have found the pleasant, courteous service to be worth the drive to Kent. More
