We decided to stop at Klaben to check it out on our way. Having never bought a car at Klaben we were very surprised on how nice the truck was and at a great price. Gene was very plesant and helpful in dealing with our decision to purchase the Ranger. It was a very busy night at Klaben and we had a wait to close our deal so Gene told us to go get dinner at a local Bistro and that he would pay for it. We have never had that offered to us before. I was looking for a used car. This is a task that I normally do not look forward to. My husband and I saw a Lincoln MKX at Klaben Lincoln but they were closed. I went back the next day to take a better look and a test drive. The first salesman to approach me was Gene Grabiec. After talking we went inside to look at more inventory. That's when I came across Don Batten. I have known Don since I was a small child. He,along with Gene, made the sales process very relaxing. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured to buy something I wasn't interested in. I fell in love with the MKX and was excited to be buying from Don Batten.Don did everything within his power to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the car. He made sure to have the leather seat on the drivers side repaired and even found me floor mats! The morning after the purchase, Don contacted me to see how I liked the car. Several weeks later, I needed some minor service. Don came to the house, left me his truck, and took my vehicle in for service. Never has a salesman been so curtious. I will definitely buy any furutr vehicles from Don Batten. More
