Easier Than Expected My older car had been totaled in an accident and I had been forced to look for a car to replace it. This would only be my 3rd time in my life purchasing a new car, but the first time doing it totally by myself. Klaben Ford and specifically Mike Rumple were recommended to me by a family friend. This friend knows cars and knew I did not have the luxury of looking around playing the game because of my car situation. He called Mike Rumple for me to explain my situation and introduced me to Mike on the phone. I gave Mike some brief info on what I was looking for and I met him at the dealership in about an hour. Mike spent time with me going over options. Initially I wanted a new car, but my friend and Mike described the benefits of at least looking at preowned certified cars. Klaben Ford had a car on the lot that fit my needs and then some. They worked with me in getting the monthly payments down to something that I could manage. They also gave me time to think about the purchase and made a few cosmetic improvements to satisfy me. What really impressed me is how they worked around my schedule and how they accommodated me living out of town. I was kept informed of things along the way and I could contact Mike at any time with questions. The entire experience was less stressful than I anticipated and I ended up with a car that I am extremely happy to drive and that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mike Rumple to anyone looking for a car. I would also return to the dealership in the future when I need a new/preowned car. More
