Everyone is nice but sometimes service is not done properly. I requested to have tires rotated with certain tire to be placed on front of vehicle due to long trip we were going on, but it wasn't done properly. Everyone at Klaben Ford/ Lincoln is fantastic from Sales to Management to Service. We would not go anywhere else when looking for a vehicle. Vince Zingaro was very nice and friendly,however if I’m paying for air conditioning service, I expect EVERYTHING that has to do with my air conditioning should be fixed for the price quoted. Period. That’s paying for air conditioning service, I expect EVERYTHING that has to do with my air conditioning should be fixed for the price quoted. Period. That’s my opinion. I will deal with air not flowing to the bottom part of the car, because to pay anymore will put me in a very bad position. Great job on my car horn and alignment.
