Dealership is great. Service dept sucks. I was given an appt by their scheduling dept for a recall, was told the part was there. When I got to the dealership for my appt Service dept sucks. I was given an appt by their scheduling dept for a recall, was told the part was there. When I got to the dealership for my appt I also would like to get my oil changed since I’m here. Well needless to say, there was no part for my car, and they gave me another appt for that. They totally wasted my day for something they didn’t even have in stock. Why would you tell me you had the part, then get there, nothing. More
