I was pleased with the speed that my vehicle was repaired. The cost was reasonable. The main thing I could not do on my own was fix the hood latch. I appreciate that you could fix the one on the veh repaired. The cost was reasonable. The main thing I could not do on my own was fix the hood latch. I appreciate that you could fix the one on the vehicle and not just put on a new one. That saved me money. Two other things I probably could have done myself was replace the windshield washer hose and a headlight. But I was under a time constraint of going out of town and by having you do it, it saved me time and I felt that didn't cost me an arm and leg to do it. More

Called July 20-21st for service appt, was NOT scheduled until Aug. 11th! Unacceptable, 3 wks without a car? Way too long. A wk later, in my follow up call with Nate, told could bring car in for evaluati until Aug. 11th! Unacceptable, 3 wks without a car? Way too long. A wk later, in my follow up call with Nate, told could bring car in for evaluation (which was appreciated), it was the transmission. Transmission finally arrived/car fixed Aug. 22nd. Initially, communication was lacking. Told on a Mon., transmission was on truck would arrive by Fri. I had to call following Mon., no transmission yet. Was told Ford communication with transmission company was "email only" and answers could take a day or two. Follow-up status did get better with Nate. Overall, wait time at Klaben, even without having to order a transmission, was excessive. This will be my last Ford. My husband has driven a F-150 for years and he will never buy another. I love my Edge and loved Klaben's service, it's unfortunate that Ford has fallen so far these last couple of years. More
