Mr. Fauvie was condescending and flat out rude. When asked about a price of repair he replied, "My guys gotta eat too." After the premium tires he recommended needed replaced in less than two years his asked about a price of repair he replied, "My guys gotta eat too." After the premium tires he recommended needed replaced in less than two years his response was, "What, do you expect tires to last forever?" When told about his attitude, "If you dislike it here, why do you come back?" Don't worry, it never will happen again. More

I called the dealership in regards to my used 2003 ford igot from Amanda Bayer at KLABEN.IWAS HAVING CHARGING PROBLEMS. She got me in contact with John Reiner service guy. he hooked me up with a new Batt igot from Amanda Bayer at KLABEN.IWAS HAVING CHARGING PROBLEMS. She got me in contact with John Reiner service guy. he hooked me up with a new Battery. Once my truck was serviced it had a recall on the tank straps. John Reiner hooked me up. I love getting my car serviced at Klaben Ford. Everyone from the service people, sales people and even the cashier when I pay mi bill are so friendly and courteous. They make you feel like one of their fam from the service people, sales people and even the cashier when I pay mi bill are so friendly and courteous. They make you feel like one of their family members!! I have recommended this dealer many times and will purchase my next car there in approx. one to one and a half years. More
