They explained everything in great detail, and took the time to make sure I was knowledgeable of all the services I would receive. Brandon greeted me with a smile, and was very friendly throughout my entire visit. He is very knowledgeable and on top of his services, and seems like a very valuable employee who takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him as being a valuable employee. Patrick was also very knowledgeable, and listened to everything I needed, and made sure it was noted. I also would like to mention James at Quick Lane for an outstanding job on service. It is a rarity for a dealer to have such wonderful staff who are willing to go the extra mile and provide such excellent service. Service that cares I pulled in to the service station without an appointment. Had an issue with the driver door not latching. The truck was taken in, examined and worked I pulled in to the service station without an appointment. Had an issue with the driver door not latching. The truck was taken in, examined and worked on. Was called later to come pick up, with no charge and a free car wash!! Told that the item is a recall issue and parts will be available in March 2017 and that they will call me then to get the parts put in. 2nd time here, 1st time was for new truck 6,000 mile oil change/check-up. All is good. More
