You really don't know how good a dealership is until you have a problem. I thought my wheel had been swapped during service, but it turns out that the cladding had came off of the rim. I didn't know this have a problem. I thought my wheel had been swapped during service, but it turns out that the cladding had came off of the rim. I didn't know this was a thing. This is NOT Klaben's fault in any way, but guess what? They're replacing my wheel at no charge. Folks - if you're not coming here, you should be, as Richard Klaben's philosophy is being pushed down to his staff and it's one we all could aspire to. Thanks to the team! More

I have to say Scott Burghardt is a real professional even though I tried throwing him off his game at times, (Jokingly of course) he remained vigilant, courteous and professional. Thanks to David Klaben for recommending him to me. I highly recommend Klaben for their atmosphere of respect for their customers and themselves. Can’t leave out the Service department Tom Alcorn and Sean are top notch Managers who I enjoy thoroughly in our conversations.
