Thoroughly pleased I was able to drop off my vehicle in the evening, and pick it up the next afternoon. Tried to put my F-150 through the ceiling. I'm a customer of klaben. My parents are customers of klaben. I took my 2013 F-150 in for a battery, pads and rotors and tires. While on their lift th I'm a customer of klaben. My parents are customers of klaben. I took my 2013 F-150 in for a battery, pads and rotors and tires. While on their lift they damaged my roof with four nice dents all the way across. The damage was repaired at no cost and the loaner car was given at no cost. However, they offered nothing in compensation. Now I have a damaged and repaired vehicle through no fault of my own, with nothing offered for the trouble. Just doesn't seem right. I don't want a handout but what does this do to my resale value? More

Klaben is standing behind me I recently put in a very negative complaint and Richard Klaben and Doug took time to reach out to me, and actually sit down and talk with me in person I recently put in a very negative complaint and Richard Klaben and Doug took time to reach out to me, and actually sit down and talk with me in person to go over options to ensure my satisfaction. He has truly made a huge difference in my opinion of this dealership. I voiced my frustrations and he listened closely. I am so greatful for all that Klaben has done and is doing for me and how they are continuing to stand beside me the whole time, making sure everything follows through. Mona made sure I was taken care of in a great fashion! The staff at Klaben are great and I would recommend them. I appreciate all that they have done to help me! And to my surprise when I picked up my vehicle, they not only cleaned the outside but had even cleaned the inside (which I know was disgusting!)! Excellent Service. I called in the morning to get my car fixed, got it in 1:15 had a call by 6 said it's fixed. Didn't expect it for at least a week.
