I brought my 2017 Highlander in for a lube/oil/filter change. I kept looking to see if my car was on the oil change rack yet. I never did see it get put on the oil change rack. Prompt and courteous service. I just don't like that I had to pay 143$ when there was nothing wrong with my car and it's under warranty.
