The best car purchasing experience in my life I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership I live in Eugene there are three hours away I wrote them an Internet inquiry asking about the veh I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership I live in Eugene there are three hours away I wrote them an Internet inquiry asking about the vehicle I liked on two separate occasions I got responses saying that the price I wanted to pay for the vehicle cannot be met. I thanked them for their time because they got back to me with a response within minutes not only for my initial inquiry but for my follow up pricing questions. Posting Internet responses to all of the ads pertinent to the vehicle choice was the last thing I did before again stopping in my search thinking the price just could not be because that was what every dealership was telling me. I went about my business and received a text message asking if I wanted to buy the car for the price I quoted minus some additional dollars Not only was the dealership upfront with me about the cost of the vehicle and the inability to move it they also went out of their way to follow up with me I bought the car over the phone the Internet dealer drove the vehicle to me On a trailer from the dealership three hours away she spent all of 20 minutes finalizing paperwork asking if I had any questions offering to go over the vehicle with me making sure the purchase I made was correct not wanting me to feel obligated to take ownership of the vehicle just because it was brought from so far away this dealership is amazing Michelle was the Internet person I was working with and I highly recommend at this dealership to everybody The best best best best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I have purchased many cars and never felt like I came out ahead I feel great about my purchase and I am in love with the car and the dealership go there buy from them you will not be disappointed More

It was excellent. I'm not someone who writes a lot of comments. I recently had my Toyota Highlander worked on. The service person was incredible dont remember his name I'm not someone who writes a lot of comments. I recently had my Toyota Highlander worked on. The service person was incredible dont remember his name you need more like him he is a 5 star employee. Provided me a great price including. The Mechanic dont no his name was also a 5 star employee he discovered other things that needed replacing on my Highlander. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. With winter coming on I am very thankful for thes 2 employees and Litha for being here for me just a little person. Dirty tricks to increase selling price I am a fan of Toyota and recommend people to buy Toyota Cars. I myself bought Toyota cars. I recently was looking for a Toyota Sienna LE and I spoke t I am a fan of Toyota and recommend people to buy Toyota Cars. I myself bought Toyota cars. I recently was looking for a Toyota Sienna LE and I spoke to Toyota Klamath Falls and they agreed to a price with me and gave me the go-ahead to come to their dealership for a van even I told them that I am coming far from the dealership more than 60 miles they confirmed me that they will sell at the agreed price. When I and a friend of mine reached there, I double checked the price (even though the car has scratches all over but they agreed to fix that) with them before running of my credit check, the sales guy again confirmed the same price and asked me to sign on certain papers. I did that, but, after some time he came back with a different price which was $400 more than the agreed price and said either buy on this price or leave the dealership which was rude. I decided not to buy the car on principles I didn't want my self to be tricked on this dirty trick of them. They didn't give us any copies of anything like the documents which I signed and rudely said that they are not giving us anything and leave. We called Toyota customer service but it was not available since it was Sunday. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody and beware of their dirty tricks. More
