Oh my goodness that experience was amazing! Yes it cost money and car service can be expensive but they were so kind. Services I was paying for at another dealership, were free. Rachel was the first person I interacted with. She is very friendly and prompt and provided good information on recommended service and kept me posted on the wait time while I was in the lobby. I had requested to her that the technician should look at my lights as I felt I needed a new bulb replacement. She worked with Joey to determine that I indeed needed a replacement. Joey explained why lights flicker due to the filament and sometimes I would notice the light was working properly and other times it would dim out. They both recommended I get it replaced which I was prepared to do. I was very happy when they told me that Honda would cover the cost of the bulb and installation! The technician replaced the bulb in less than 5-minutes and I was on my way. More

We always get our Honda serviced here and get excellent service as well as discounts too! We bought our car from them as a certified used vehicle with less than 20,000 miles on in and have not had any repa service as well as discounts too! My husband and I went into the dealership really not sure whether we were going to buy a car or not. We met Ken and that all changed.
