Klein Honda responded

Klein Honda is sorry to hear of our customers concerns with their used vehicle. The vehicle in question is a 2004 Volvo XC90 that had just under 70,000 miles when purchased. As any used vehicle, reasonable wear and tear must be factored into the expectations as to its condition. A minor oil seepage is not uncommon on a vehicle that is 8 years old. What is uncommon is for a dealership to offer a no questions asked 3 Day exchange program. During this 3 Day period the customer has the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by anyone they wanted and if the vehicle did not meet their exceptions it could have been exchanged. No questions asked. The customer purchased this vehicle on October 14th and did not contact Klein Honda Service or the warranty phone until October 28th. Klein Honda did perform a 123 point inspection and did repair or replace items that needed attention. The items described in the review were items that do need replacement due to wear, and our inspection found them to be acceptable. There was at inspection no oil leaks, but there was oil seepage which is very common on all cars with 70,000 miles on the odometer. Klein Honda did replace one of the wheel bearings and after inspecting the other bearing twice, we found normal play for the year and mileage. The battery tested good on both the hand held testers and the Advanced GR8 diagnosis machine. In addition to the 3 Day exchange, Klein Honda did include at no additional cost, a 1 month/1,000 miles warranty that covers mechanical failures. This vehicle has not experienced any mechanical failures. With our no questions asked, 3-day exchange policy and our limited warranty, we do stand behind the vehicles we sell.
