Subject: Unresolved Catalytic Converter Warranty Repair – Request for Immediate Corporate Intervention I am requesting assistance from Ram Corporate regarding an unresolved warranty repair on my 2019 Ram Pro Request for Immediate Corporate Intervention I am requesting assistance from Ram Corporate regarding an unresolved warranty repair on my 2019 Ram ProMaster. The Ram dealership informed me that the catalytic converter replacement was approved under warranty at no charge. However, the dealership did not replace the catalytic converter, and instead charged me out of pocket for two O2 sensors and a hose.After picking up the vehicle from the Claremont Ram dealership, the van drove normally with no check-engine light from Claremont to my home in Covina. I parked the vehicle for about a week.Today, I drove the van on the freeway and the check-engine light came on shortly after entering freeway speeds. I immediately took the vehicle to AutoZone, and the same P0420 and P0430 catalytic converter efficiency codes appeared again.This confirms the underlying catalytic converter issue was never repaired, despite being approved under warranty.I am requesting: • Immediate warranty replacement of the catalytic converter, as originally approved. • Reimbursement for the O2 sensors and hose I paid for, since the root issue was not addressed. • A review of the dealership’s handling of this repair, as I was charged for parts that did not resolve the problem.I have documentation of all codes, dates, dealership visits, and receipts, and I can provide them upon request.Thank you for your assistance.
