From start to finish, Leo my sales associate was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt confident knowing I was in good hands and getting a great vehicle. The overall service at the dealership was excellent. While the process took a little time (as expected with car buying), everything was handled with care and professionalism. Larry was also amazing he worked out the numbers and helped finalize everything so I could drive off in my new car. Highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you again to Leo and Larry for making this such a positive experience! More

My son reached out to purchase a 2021 Dodge Hellcat Redeye. We live in SF so we told the sales team that we wanted to get approved completely and once we arrived at the dealership, we wanted to test d Redeye. We live in SF so we told the sales team that we wanted to get approved completely and once we arrived at the dealership, we wanted to test drive and inspect the car and if all went well, we would like to sign the contract and be on our merry way all the way back to SF. First red flag was that the car was listed on the dealership’s website for one price; however, when they began to finalize the numbers, we were told that there were pre-installed extras on the vehicle, which bumped the price up by some extra thousands of dollars! Therefore, the price that was advertised on their website, was NOT the final price that was quoted to us….extremely LACK of TRANSPARENCY. This still was not a dealbreaker for my son, because he wanted the car. I, myself, would have walked away because of the lack of their honesty and transparency. Nevertheless, my son agreed to the price, he went through the financing process and was approved, NOT PREAPPROVED, but fully approved for the car. All we needed to do was come test drive the car, sign the contract and my son would have a new car. This was on a Friday. Upon arrival at the dealership that next day, Saturday (after driving 300+ miles from SF), and after test driving the car, right before the contract was presented to my son, we were told that they did not have the “Red” key to the car. Second red flag!! Now keep in mind, the entire reason for my son wanting to buy this car is for the power, which comes from the red key!!! The Hellcat Redeye’s have two keys, one black and one red. The black key allows you to dive the car at a certain horsepower and the red key increases this horsepower exponentially…hence, the reason for wanting to purchase a Hellcat Redeye. We were told that my son could take the car to another dealership, close to home, and purchase a red key, which is approximately $500+ extra dollars!!! After a back-and-forth conversation, the dealership agreed to order the key and pay to have it installed at their location, which meant that we had to drive BACK to Claremont from SF!!! We were promised that the key would be available within 1 to 5 business days (which would have been the following week). Last Thursday we were told that the key was still not there, and it should arrive this week!!! Third red flag! Now the update is that the key is on back order and is expected to become available within approximately 45 days!!! It's understandable that when you purchase a used car, you purchase it as-is and we were told that they weren’t responsible for providing us with the red key! Why would someone buy a car without all the necessary equipment needed to fully operate the car!! If they had been transparent from the start and mentioned that they did not have this key, we would have taken our business elsewhere and I highly encourage you all to do the same!! Also, this particular car cost my son $80,000+ and now he’s left without the ability to operate the car to its full capacity!!! This is NOT how business is done!!! More

I initially took my 2017 Ram 1500 in for the routine scheduled transmission fluid service. They informed me that the transmission was totaled, which made zero sense since it was working perfectly when I scheduled transmission fluid service. They informed me that the transmission was totaled, which made zero sense since it was working perfectly when I brought it in. Thankfully I had a lifetime MOPAR warranty which covers the transmission. Fast forward to after they had the truck for SEVEN weeks without doing the repair - MOPAR stepped in and said they won’t cover the repair, which was complete xx. After fighting a losing battle with them for two more weeks, I had to decide to either pay $16,000 cash to fix it or take a hit and trade it in for $3,000 (cash value was $24,000). Meanwhile they wouldn’t give me a loaner or rental so I ended up paying about $2,800 to rent a car while the truck was there. Zero reimbursement. Insane. Soooo then I decided to just cut my losses and move on. I agreed to trade the Ram in to them and buy something new off the lot. They gave me a pretty good deal on a new Grand Cherokee. On signing day, they assured me the new vehicle would be detailed, fluids checked, tires inflated, etc. Well they didn’t have any of that done but I didn’t have time to wait. So I called them right away when I got home to set up a time for them to complete those things. Nobody got back to me. Then I realized the vehicle had no oil or wiper fluid, tires were not inflated properly, and the interior and exterior were dirty. Not what you would expect when you buy a new car! Contacted them again, no answer. Started calling daily, no help. FIVE WEEKS later I finally got the general manager involved. He assures me they’ll take care of me. No call back though. I wake up for work one day and the car won’t start and is undrivable. Had to get it towed in to the dealer. They received the vehicle and began work on it. Another five days go by with no call back. I finally just got a ride there so I could get to the bottom of it since nobody would get back to me. They finally got everything done and fixed the issue with it not starting, detailed it, fluids, etc. But it took them over 6 weeks to get me sorted out after I drove it off the lot, and 13 weeks since I initially brought the Ram in for routine maintenance. . All in all, I lost $23,000 of value on my Ram, spent $2,800 on rentals, $450 on uber, and $15,000 down payment on the new vehicle. Suffice to say, this entire experience was an absolute nightmare. Absolutely abysmal customer service, total lack of accountability, no follow up or follow through, and overall unprofessional behavior by them. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. However, the actual service department did their job correctly. So that’s why I gave two stars instead of zero. For shame Knight, for shame. (Insert middle finger emoji) More
