Dishonest and Shady. Bought a Brand new F150 on October 10th from Rick. Negotiated a deal with for a certain monthly payment with $2500 down. And ofcourse once they get yo Bought a Brand new F150 on October 10th from Rick. Negotiated a deal with for a certain monthly payment with $2500 down. And ofcourse once they get you in the finance office that all changes and the price goes back up. Oh but wait there is more. After giving them $1000 cash and a check they agreed to hold untill the 21st (Monday) for $1500 I thought all was fine as they were happy and I left with my new truck. Here we are on the 16th and that particular account is overdrawn because they went back on their word and cashed the check far earlier than they agreed upon. I have bought several brand new vehicles from this dealership and figured that might just earn myself some consideration but that was not the case. And so as of now the greedy xxxxxxxx in the front (sales) will never get a dime from me/my friends/or family ever again. Believe me when I tell you they don't care about you.. You are just a number and money to line their pockets. Customer service is non existent. However the guys back in service are mostly all holdover from the previous management and are the best. Always so helpful and do whatever they can to resolve any issue you may have. My future business at Koch Bethlehem Ford has been officially terminated! More
