Service after sale is the worst i have ever encountered I brought my car in to replace a blown tire. I paid Extra for the WHEEL and TIRE WARRANTY. The SERVICE MANAGER Wanted to charge ME 95.00 dollars for t I brought my car in to replace a blown tire. I paid Extra for the WHEEL and TIRE WARRANTY. The SERVICE MANAGER Wanted to charge ME 95.00 dollars for the TIRE VALVE that monitors air in the tire. HE never bothered to check the WARRANTY, I had to go get the MANAGER from the NEW CAR DEPARTMENT to tell him he was wrong. I have no faith in the service manager OR service department at KOEPPEL FORD, I would not RECOMMEND any body to THEM. More

Excellent experience!!! My husband and I were out shopping for a car and we visited Koeppel Ford on Northern Blvd. and we are not going to a different dealership ever again! My husband and I were out shopping for a car and we visited Koeppel Ford on Northern Blvd. and we are not going to a different dealership ever again! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and firm handshakes from Sincere and Mike (managers) and were introduced to Joe Pillitteri within minutes. We dealt with quite a few sales personnels from different dealerships over a three week period and Joe was the most outstanding individual by far. He was patient, knowledgeable and most importantly, he went above and beyond to meet our needs and budget. We told him the best offer we got so far from a different dealership and he said he could match that BUT he started showing us options of different features and prices of the same model and discussed in length with us the pros and cons. We were there for close to 3 hours (due to my husband's indecisiveness) but Joe was accommodating and patient the entire time. We ended up saving $3,600, compared to the best rate we got from other dealerships. Now, the most amazing thing was that he even helped us saved approx. $1,000 on taxes for the registration (because we are moving from NY to NJ in a short few weeks) by correcting a mis-information between my husband and his insurance company. Long story short is that, we highly recommend Joe (and Koeppel Ford) when/if you are shopping for a Ford. We didn't need to do the usual haggling. We didn't get "that funny feeling" from dealing with some shady sales personnels (which we all had at some point I presume). We walked out happy and satisfied. Thank you very much, Joe! More
