I would recommend him to anyone buying a car. Owen was also very helpful on the financial end. He explained so many details to us on our previous purchase (totaled car) that was beneficial to know and we filed claims. Overall wonderful experience. He wanted to be sure I would be happy with my final choice. No "hard sell" just answers and help....true customer service. Painless Experience I don't buy new cars very often for a couple reasons, one being my past experiences bring about negative feelings of mistrust & stress. In November 2015 I called a dealership in a city close to me & scheduled an appointment with the sales associate I spoke with; I had been told by him that he had several cars that fit the description of what I was looking for & in the price range I wanted. I was at that dealership for a couple hours & left feeling angry & misled & decided I'd just drive my old car a little longer because the experience with that particular sales rep was exactly the negative experience I've had in years prior. A couple days later, Chris Scott of Kokomo Auto World was recommended to us by a friend of my son. We live 2.5 hrs south of Kokomo but called Chris anyway, advised him of the car & features we were looking for & the price range we wanted. Chris was such a pleasure to work with. He found the car & features I wanted & we did all of our negotiations over the phone. I test drove the car & we signed the papers. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in my 54 years. Working with Chris & his finance team was pain free, pleasant & worth the long drive for us; he has changed my past negative experiences of buying a new car into a positive one . Best buying experience ever. We started the buying process with Adam and he was very tentative to our needs. He was also super helpful explaining trim options and safety features.
