Christy took pictures and sent them to me and connected me with Adam to discuss the vehicle. Drove up from Indy the next day and were welcomed at the door. Adam did a great job explaining their pricing and went with us on the test drive. Adam worked with us on the trade and we got the price we were looking for. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Alec got us through financing quickly and Greg from the management office made sure we were comfortable why we were waiting. Hoodwinked After being hit by a drunk driver I had to buy a new vehicle within a very short amount of time. I finally found the SUV I wanted, within my price ra After being hit by a drunk driver I had to buy a new vehicle within a very short amount of time. I finally found the SUV I wanted, within my price range, and in great condition so I drove 45 minutes to Kokomo Auto Workd. My 2012 Terrain was in amazing condition, low mileage, detailed inside and out, and everything I wanted. The dealership was fine, Cain, my salesman, was great, he was young but willing to find any answers he didn’t have. Four days after owning my SUV I noticed the chrome paint on the wheels starting to bubble and chip away. I took my Terrain to my local GMC dealership to ask if the alloy wheels where faulty and they laughed. They all laughed at me and said “Sweety, who ever sold you this car spray painted the wheels to look fancy! Take it back!” When I contacted Kokomo Auto World they denied ever painting the wheels but offer to charge me $160 to sand down the chipping paint off for me! I’m a single mom working 3 jobs and they took advantage of me. More

Dear Kokomo Auto World, Adam Richardson and ALL Customers of this Amazing Car Dealership, I was in search of a very specific Prius, unable to find Dear Kokomo Auto World, Adam Richardson and ALL Customers of this Amazing Car Dealership, I was in search of a very specific Prius, unable to find where I live in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. Making a search online, I found the PriusV 5 I was looking for in of all wonderful places Kokomo, Indiana. While I have purchased many cars before never have I purchased one from out of state, let along 800+ miles away! I reached out to Adam Richardson to inquire about this car. Cannot explain passionately enough how supportive, kind, understanding and giving Adam and the entire team was at Kokomo Auto World. Adam and the finance team overseen by Alec, dealt with complex matters such as different state licensing needs, they worked directly with my insurance agent in the Berkshires and sorted an excellent loan rate. Adam went well beyond to guide me regularly with any and all questions through text messages, emails and phone calls. So did Alec. It felt like collaborating with friends, people I'd known for years yet never did we actually meet until today when I flew to Indianapolis where they had a car and driver waiting for me at the airport, taking me to the dealership. Everything was organized, managed and supported perfectly. And the Prius was exactly as described. This dealership is not your ordinary car place. No strangeness, no pressure selling. Just kindness, love and support, human to human. I cannot say enough of how well this car purchase went.
