Amazing!! I actually called KAW as a last ditch effort and they ended up being the ones to be the best. Everyone from the gentleman that was my salesman Kurt, the preowned manager to the the finance gentleman went above and beyond for me in my situation. Dealing with a severely ill son and many other issues I didnt really want to have to deal with the car buying process as my previous vehicle was totaled in an accident on the way to Riley Children's Hospital to be with my son. I made one phone call to them and between the three of them they managed to get me into an amazing car that my family desperately needed. They made it possible for me to commute between my employer and the hospital in Indy for my sons care. After being a "ghost" for so long and just beginning to use my credit after 11 years it was hard, but they helped me and went above and beyond what they had to do.
