Finally Dick DeMuth answered my email after at least a month had gone by. After negotiating with him for 2 weeks via answering machines, he sent me my refund ($73.35) I am very disgusted with Kolosso Toyota. I feel that when estimates for damages are given you should not be charged for them. I feel this WHOLE matter was handled very, very poorly by the dealership.
