We came in after stopping at a couple other dealerships in search of a Rav4. John was very friendly! We've owned Camrys, Highlanders, a 4Runner and a Sequoia, but this was our first hybrid purchase. I walked into the dealership at 12:15. I looked at the different vehicles on the showroom floor, specifically the Venza.
