John was extremely helpful! He listened to everything we needed and wanted from a dealership to purchase a new vehicle. We ran into some disagreement with the finance department, but Kolosso was quick to he needed and wanted from a dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I was satisfied with the variety of pre-owned and new cars Toyota sells. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about the RAV4s I was interested in. Had a great experience with my salesman, Mike Rieth! He was very accommodating and took his time going over the car with me upon delivery. Dick, the sales manager was great, too. George in the finance dep was very accommodating and took his time going over the car with me upon delivery. Dick, the sales manager was great, too. George in the finance department was also nice to work with. He worked with me on the first part of the sale. The second guy they connected with me in the finance department was a bit “frosty”- but overall I had a good experience. And, I’m happy to be the proud owner of a Prius! More
