Fortunately I met and dealt with Mike Rieth who was an outstanding sales rep throughout the several month process. Going from a small car to a larger one was a difficult decision for me but Mike was patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant throughout the process. He seemed genuinely interested in my needs and exploring the options with me. I purchased a 2019 Highlander Hybrid and should I decide to go back to a smaller car, I will definitely contact Mike again. Kolosso is lucky to have him as one of their representatives! More
