Also in the past, Kolosso was sometimes unwilling to match their competitors to the north and south. But recently, they even gave me a much better deal than all competitors. Their motto is: "what will it take to earn your business" ? They earned my business and I purchased the Rav-4...… glad to be back at Kolosso Toyota. More

Isaiah, one of the sales representatives, stepped outside to introduce himself and be of service. He took time to talk with me about what I was looking for in a vehicle, what I had in mind and what my needs were. He then told me about the vehicle I was looking at as to what it had to offer in features, comfort, and trade-in value. As we were test driving, he pointed out where the basic buttons were, explained the technology and safety features. The last car I purchase was twenty two years ago and Isaiah respected my uncertainty about modern technology and how simple can sometimes seem complicated. After the test drive, he patiently discussed different financial options that were suited for me. Isaiah went above and beyond in making my car buying experience a positive, comfortable one. Everyone at the dealership that I came in contact with was courteous, understanding and professional. I drove home in a new Corolla iM hatchback. More

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I purchased a 2018 Toyota Prius to replace my 2010 Prius. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Michell Nelson. She was friendly and polit I purchased a 2018 Toyota Prius to replace my 2010 Prius. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Michell Nelson. She was friendly and polite and started me on my journey. I had never purchased a car on my own before, but felt comfortable with Michelle. She took me to the lot to view a Prius. Before taking the car onto the road she meticulously explained the instrument panel. Later I revisited the dealership to continue to review the car and begin negotiations. Jerry Collins wrote up a proposal. I was concerned about the price and asked to take a few of the "perks" off the car. In order to fulfill my requests Michell found a car from another lot with the specifications I requested. Once the Prius was delivered Michelle took me to the car and reviewed all the features again. Jerry Collins patiently wrote up another contract. Before I left the lot with my car, Michelle sat with me and set up the phone, radio etc. That was so helpful. This Prius is exactly what I wanted and I am thankful for Michell, her patience and kindness. Michelle spent as much time with me as I felt I needed. In addition, Michelle said on many occasions, ""I am here for you if you have any questions or concerns." It was a great experience. I love my Toyota Prius! (I was also given a box of Wilmar's Nuts before I drove away!) More
