Before I got halfway through the door, I instructed her that I wanted, " a WOMAN sales person please". When she replied with, "I am" !! I knew it was going to be a great experience. It has been so! She is calm, patient, undemeaning, knowledgeable and exudes kindness!!! Through her, I found everyone in the building helpful! My car is trustworthy! No problems and a joy to drive! I've had contact with the service department only twice, once for a simple comptuter setting I did not know how to work. Red carpet treatment! The service man even came out and drove my car in the lot to be certain he understood. The 4 "free" oil changes, the first 25K miles, also makes the experience of owning my LX Camry feel Red-Carpet-special!
