Joshua was very helpful throughout the pre-order process and providing updates as we waited for our Sienna. On the day we picked up our new Sienna he was helpful in showing as all of the features of this n and providing updates as we waited for our Sienna. In the future I would recommend that new buyers wait until they are picking up their car at the dealership before they register the Toyota App on their phones and link their phone(s) to their new car.
