As far as Kolosso goes, given the environment and super long waits, their overall customer service is lacking. We had money in hand in January and didn’t get our vehicle until May. No special interest rate, no special rebate…and what they offered for our trade-in was criminal. Reception was curt, and we visited once where no one helped us. Not good… However, we do love the brand and have been brand loyal to Toyota for our past 4 vehicles. More

Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . He was patient when I kept putting him off due to my daughters wedding and then I got sick. Then, when it arrived, he did a great job walking me through all the features on the new vehicle. In fact, the only issue was a delay in the shipping of the new vehicle, but this was beyond the dealership's control; they did a fantastic job with what they could control . Perhaps the only thing that might have improved the experience (in light of this delay) would have been a periodic check-in from the dealer, once the estimated delivery date had passed, just to let me know things were still in progress. Still, as someone who was not looking forward to the car-buying experience, I was very happy with Kolosso, and will certainly be keeping them in mind for my next vehicle. More
