Then, when it arrived, he did a great job walking me through all the features on the new vehicle. In fact, the only issue was a delay in the shipping of the new vehicle, but this was beyond the dealership's control; they did a fantastic job with what they could control . Perhaps the only thing that might have improved the experience (in light of this delay) would have been a periodic check-in from the dealer, once the estimated delivery date had passed, just to let me know things were still in progress. Still, as someone who was not looking forward to the car-buying experience, I was very happy with Kolosso, and will certainly be keeping them in mind for my next vehicle. More

Josh was an excellent salesperson. He explained everything to us and he didn't push us to make any decisions. We actually put down a $500 deposit last winter in 2022. Josh called us in January telling us that a car was in that we wanted. We were unable to make the purchase then. Josh told us that we would get our deposit back. That was very much appreciated. When we came in on April 10th, Josh was able to tell us which Camrys were coming, when they were being built and about when we could expect our car. Our Camry was built May 1st, and we picked it up today..May 1th. Josh went over all the features of our car and even set up my phone. We were really impressed with our total experience. More
