Michelle Nelson was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She was prompt in replying to emails and put a consistent effort in contacting me while I was out of town in a different time zone. At no point did I ever feel pressured in any way. She spent time with me explaining all safety and other features on the car when it arrived. Michelle always had a cheery, upbeat, professional attitude. This dealership is LUCKY to have such a person on their sales team!! I would also like to say THANK YOU to Kolosso Toyota for keeping it local to serve the 19 surrounding counties. Most importantly for not taking advantage of the current situation out there and not tagging on an extra fee or percentage like many of the other dealerships are.
