We connected by email and set up a time to test drive a few different cars, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Overall, it was a great experience! After the test drive, she walked us through the financing options, warranty info, and we didn't feel pressured at all. Very relaxed and calm atmosphere, which was appreciated. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Awful customer service and poor communication. Three of us took the day off to purchase a vehicle. arrived at Kool Toyota when the Sales associate said "change of plans" He showed us a totally different vehicle than the one we made the appointment for. We were not there to "just look" at this vehicle it was going to be purchased that day. He did not t seem to care we all took off work and drove and hour for no reason. We were then told this vehicle was going to be back on Saturday for us to look at, well low and behold no call until we called first and the vehicle was not there. So we are trying to be very nice and accept that things happen, Plan on going there on Monday now and still no call!! Needless to say we will be going else where now! More

Purchased a truck supposedly to get 24mpg but it only gets 18.. I asked to get a different truck since that was the whole reason for my purchase. The management would not let me swap for a different vehicle, but will of course let me trade it back in to cost me thousands. They took forever to get back to me after I kept calling and texting to figure this out , or work something out.. it isn't my fault the mpg is less than what I was being told. Customer service should be taken seriously when the complaint is legitimate. In no way do I want to screw over the dealership I just want what I was told I'm buying. They proceeded to tell me I need to pick the vehicle up because it's a liability... I am not happy with their service so far, hopefully they do something to clear this up. More

Charged me an absurd amount for brakes and labor. Didn't realize how much of a discount I could have received if I had a family member do it. Would have saved me $600 plus. Ridiculous. I flew in from Iowa to purchase a Buick Encore GX. Adam Bock picked me up at the Airport. I had only seen pictures of the vehicle but it was exactly as described. Pristine.
