They damaged my car (broke a small interior trim piece, in the interest of full disclosure) then flat out refused to accept responsibility and repair the broken part. The service manager, Jay Kim, called me and personally assured me that they were reaching out to Toyota to obtain authorization for a repair, then ghosted me. I'm not sure why they would need Toyota's permission to fix something they broke, but I am increasingly certain that this was a thinly veiled attempt to dismiss my concerns long enough for them to forget about me. I have found a much better dealer service experience just a few miles away, so I will never darken their door again! More
