My husband and I were searching for a particular color for the 2025 4 runner. We had been in touch with other dealers, and thought they had what we were looking for. It was clear it was going to be a little difficult to find. Vlad from Koons Toyota really looked out for us. He showed that they were getting one in and he held it for us till we could make the 2 1/2 hour trip to go see it. We were so happy. He made it so easy and we didn’t get any phone calls saying it had been sold before we could get there, which happened one time to us. The whole process of purchasing the car went smoothly, we even left with registered plates. And we are very happy with our new 4 runner. More

Unlike in the past, my recent experience was not a good, including: - the confirmation email had incorrect information; - the pick-up was over an hour later than scheduled; - I received a call with an up including: - the confirmation email had incorrect information; - the pick-up was over an hour later than scheduled; - I received a call with an update ... on the wrong vehicle; - I had two coupons, one for each of the recommended services, but after the work was complete, was told that Koons's system could only accept one; - It took over 90 minutes to have my car returned, which made me late for an appointment that evening; - The next day, I was told I had been undercharged and was sent another charge after paying the first one; - I shared these frustrations over the phone but never heard back about them. I know I could get similar work done at other places at a lower cost, but have been willing to pay more for good service. This felt like paying more for poor service. More
