We needed a replacement clip to hold the left rear license plate light assembly in place on our 1999 Camry. The original broke when I was replacing a burned-out light bulb. My wife made the first trip to order the clip, although we didn't know the exact term for the part. Rather than walking out to the car to verify the part, the service representative at the counter did not even show my wife an exploded parts diagram and wound up ordering the light assembly rather than the clip. When she picked up the part, it was clear that what arrived was not what we needed (and also did not come with the necessary clip). I returned with my wife to the dealership, and the nice person behind the service counter agreed to exchange the incorrect assembly for a full refund, and he waived the re-stocking fee (which he said he wasn't supposed to do). This is the reason the experience and friendliness are rated as high as "Good". "Great" would have required a willingness to get out from behind the counter to verify the required part on the first visit. The rating of "OK" on the price is a balance between $2.99 for a very simple plastic clip being outrageous, and $2.99 not being all that much money in the end when you're otherwise over a barrel. I purchased the much more complicated replacement bulb from an independent source for $0.25. More

I needed to sell my vehicle. Being active duty military, I received orders to ship out soon. When I arrived at Koon's, they identified my need to get rid of the vehicle, and helped me out. Not only did they give me a great trade-in value, they worked with me on getting everything done quickly and hassle-free. If I am ever stationed in this area again, Koon's would be the first dealership that I go to in search of a vehicle. As with many dealerships they start out high. They will make deals, but you have to have done your homework. Know what they car is worth, know what the car is selling for in the area and be prepared to wa make deals, but you have to have done your homework. After you accept the deal, the best is truly yet to come. The finance team is great to work with. They work overtime to get you the best financial package available. More

I thought the service was outstanding. I think they were honest and fair and we bargained a bit on the price but they respected the notion that I would leave elsewhere to find a competitive price and in fact met the initial price I requested which I knew was a fair, though good, price. Buying the car was a big purchase and they made me feel it was the right one. They also guided me through other models I was considering. I honestly wasn't intending on buying a car for another week but Oscar made me feel like I was making the right decision and getting a price that was good for both of us and that the purchase was the right move. I would have perhaps liked to hear a little more about packages and features available. It was after I went home that I realized I wanted to add a Blue tooth which I did, along with the leather - I called and it was arranged, no problem. Diego was very fast with the turnaround and when I picked up the car he was thorough in demonstraing how to use the bluetooth. Even though I would have liked to learn more in some cases, to be honest, I was at the dealership for four hours and I think I learned the most important things to make a decision. Additionally they had lunch available for us which helped us cope with the stay. Even my three year old survived very well indeed. Richard was also very good with financing and explaining options. I was very pleased all around and would go back and recommend the dealership toother. More
