My detailer discovered rust and damage from the lot that should have been addressed. The situation only worsened as the dealership made unauthorized decisions on my vehicle, causing further damage. Communication and accountability were severely lacking. Despite numerous promises and guarantees, none were fulfilled. After four months of wasted time and frustration, my deal was rescinded, which is the only reason I’m giving them two stars. Initially, I wasn’t planning to write a review until I received an unprofessional call from the GM, Ray, regarding a loaner vehicle I had returned a month ago. He accused me of damaging the loaner, despite the fact that it had not been checked or cleaned upon its return. The GM claimed they were “doing me a favor” by providing the loaner. This unprofessionalism, combined with their failure to notice the initial rust damage, shows a complete lack of proper vehicle inspection and customer service. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience. More
