I have had the worst luck with Ford Dealers Service everywhere in Maryland. I have had servicing done to my vehicle twice now at Koons Ford in Annapolis and each time I have been shocked about how grea everywhere in Maryland. My car wasn’t ready when promised. I had to wait a couple of hours and reschedule my day. It was supposed to be a one day job. When I went to pick up my car at noon the next day, they I had to wait a couple of hours and reschedule my day. It was supposed to be a one day job. When I went to pick up my car at noon the next day, they couldn’t find the paperwork and Bruce was away for lunch. When he returned, I was told the car was out for a test drive. Then I was told that the car actually wasn’t ready and that the technician was out to lunch. I was not happy and was hoping for some sort of compensation. None was offered. I have had excellent service in all my previous visits. I was very disappointed this time and not at all happy with this latest visit. More
