I had a recall with a part that had to be replaced. I was given an appt. several months out. I called 2 weeks prior and I was moved up a week which was great. I got there on time, everyone was extre I was given an appt. several months out. I called 2 weeks prior and I was moved up a week which was great. Chuck helped me and my mom purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla and was super helpful from the first point of looking at the car to driving it off the lot.
