I was very disappointed when I chose to have "The works" completed on my work van for $59.95 and when I went to pick it up the total was $90. The service advisor didn't give me an agreement before I left and then I was left with the "Bait and switch" when I had to pay. They claimed the rated went up last week when I said, "I made the appointment online and it said $59.95". Watchout if you choose to have service done at this location. I had an issue the last time when I took it in for warranty work and wanted an oil change. They just didn't do it! Yet claimed it was done, but for no charge. Yeah right. More
