My car wasn’t ready when promised. I had to wait a couple of hours and reschedule my day. It was supposed to be a one day job. When I went to pick up my car at noon the next day, they I had to wait a couple of hours and reschedule my day. It was supposed to be a one day job. When I went to pick up my car at noon the next day, they couldn’t find the paperwork and Bruce was away for lunch. When he returned, I was told the car was out for a test drive. Then I was told that the car actually wasn’t ready and that the technician was out to lunch. I was not happy and was hoping for some sort of compensation. None was offered. I have had excellent service in all my previous visits. I was very disappointed this time and not at all happy with this latest visit. More

Customer service is poor. They lost the appointment that I made over a week ago. Bounced me between 2 people who couldn't help me. Mistakes happen, but no one really cared to get it taken care of. That combined with the sales department gouging me on the price of my vehicle makes for a combined bad experience with this dealership. More
